Miss Sarah and Miss Lisa are looking forward to 2018!
Last week we attended a 3-day Refresher Course in Sydney with other Living Dance Teachers who travelled from various places on the East Coast of Australia from Bundaburg QLD down to Sydney. It was great to spend time with the founder, Beth Bluett, and be 'refreshed' by her passion for both the technical side of the curriculums but also in the teaching students positive life skills and ethics within the dance classroom. We've also been inspired by the sharing of ideas between teachers in how we teach.
In assisting us again this year, we had the privilege of taking young Miss Sarah (assistant teacher) with us to learn the curriculum 'from the source". She has learnt a lot which will be helpful in classes this year!
